Does Supergiant Games ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to Asia, Africa, Australia, Canada, the EU, and South America. All international packages will be shipped using USPS First-Class International.

Note: The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not in English, we may attempt to translate it. This may create an inaccurate address. It is your responsibility to provide us with the address that will best ensure a safe delivery.

How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

We fulfill all orders Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. It usually takes us between 2-4 days to process an order once it has been placed. Delivery times vary based by destination:

Domestic Orders take approximately 2 to 4 business days
International Orders take approximately 2 to 4 weeks
We will email you a tracking number once your item ships.

Will I get charged customs/import duties on my order?

While we do our best to make sure that no country would have to put a customs charge on your package, unfortunately, we do not have final say. It is up to your country's import regulations to impose additional fees or import duties on packages.

If you have received a charge other than what you paid for the item and its shipping fees through our site, we recommend that you contact your local customs agent to get more information on the charge or import duty.

What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

We offer a complete refund or exchange of any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to report any issues to us via Please provide your order number and a description of the issue in your email.

It's been awhile...what do I do if I haven't received my order?

If you do not receive your item(s) within 30 days of receiving a shipment confirmation email, we can offer you a full refund or replacement. Email us at to let us know that your item was never delivered.

What do I do if I want to change something about my order?

In the event that you would like to change the contents of your order, please email us before your item(s) ship. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges of items that have already shipped from our San Francisco office.

If you contact us at before your item ships, we will gladly update your order details. For example, if you would like to switch out an item (i.e. shirt size, print selection, etc.) or change your address, we will make the change prior to shipping.

If we hear from you after your order ships, we will only ship your new item(s) once you have shipped the incorrect one(s) back to us, or – in the case of an incorrect address – after your misdelivered order is returned to us. Contact us at with any additional questions.
