All this takes a lot of gettin' use to,
And you do get used to it...
After a while
There's three things I'll always miss, though.
One: not havin' to watch my step all the time.
Two: Ah...forget about two.
And three: I miss the songs.
Folks from Caelondia knew how to carry a tune.
Sure, we've got some songs on the old gramophone,
But tryin' to imagine what they sounded like
Playin' to a room full of fine people
Unwindin' at the Sole Regret right after a hard day's work
Those were the days.

Really good chiptune stuff!
I especially like Formations for its ethereal sound, Legend and Majesty for their dramatic tone, and Continuum – Continuum actually feels like a classical piece somehow! bronzewolf

Every single time I listen to this album, I'm brought back to when I was 12 years old. Minecraft wouldn't be Minecraft without its legendary soundtrack. Thank you for helping create both my and many others' childhoods. watermeloninja

Pure chiptune bliss, Kaufman's soundtrack for Shovel Knight beats and pounds at the listener's ear drums with heart-pumping tracks that push players towards ultimate shovel-based victory. The track 'An Underlying Problem' which accompanies the stage for The Lost City, brilliantly treads the line of being both climactic and encouraging as you pounce on and dig at the foes in your way.
